Creative expression is a basic human right yet so few feel that they are allowed or talented enough to express themselves. There is a well believed myth that it takes a big splash, lots of money and resources to make a difference, both to ourselves and our world family. My experience is that tiny daily practices, sharings and carings are what make sustainable paradises that do already exist in our world. I know that because I experience the miracle of it every day. This is waht I love to share. The techniques I use are not based on any secret, but rather universal truths that with daily implementation water the human flower within us all.
I run a healing arts and yoga programme for staff and patients with long term and enduring mental health difficulties at The Maudsley Foundation Trust National Health Service in London. I have collaborated with galleries such as Tate Modern and Tate Britain and the National Portrait Gallery in London offering yoga art performances and workshops.
I bow to the lineage of Sikh Guru´s: Those inspiring humble humans that walked this world with the message that we are all one, of the same light and that the highest spiritual practice is to serve each other with love and to actively practice a continual remembrance of our divine nature.
My teacher is Shiv Charan Singh, founder of the Karam Kriya School, were I share ongoing study of sacred numerology. One of Its practical applications is within the field of counselling were it enables conversations that are truly transformative. I am a Level 2 qualified Kundalini Yoga in the lineage of Yogi Bhajan, and consult in Karam Kriya and Ayurveday Lifestyle and Nutrition.
